SHIPPING:
All merchandise in stock will usually be shipped within 1-2
days of receiving your order. Generally, you will receive your
product within 7-10 business days. Occasionally there will be
products that are on backorder or being produced as ordered
that will take up to 6-12 weeks. Whenever this occurs you will
be notified. If you need us to rush your order we will do so
when you let us know the preferred service and time-frame.
There will be additional charges calculated and added at time
of shipping.

DAMAGES:
In the event you receive something damaged in shipping,
please save packaging it was received in. Please call us
within, 48 hours and we will take care of
reporting the damage to the shipper. We will do
everything possible to make this easy for you. We will
either replace the item or credit your account once we
have all of the information. |

RETURNS:
If you wish to return an item purchased from French
Country Farm, you must notify us within 7 days of
delivery. You will need an authorization number
before you can return the item. The original shipping
charges cannot be refunded, nor the charges for
returning the merchandise. The item must be received in
perfect condition and returned in it's original
packaging. All returns must be insured, as is every
shipment French Country Farm sends you. After we receive
the merchandise, a credit will be issued. |

have products that are over-sized and will need
over-sized shipping. You will
be notified as to that amount before the item is
shipped. Your Credit Card will be charged at time of
shipping. We always do our best to ship the most
economical and best. |

Shipping |

Shipping
out of the contiguous United States is available but
with additional charge. We
will find the most economical and best way to ship. You
will be responsible for duties, taxes or other fees on
your end. When there is additional shipping you will be
notified of those charges before your Credit Card is
charged. |
